will you marry me? haha..

i'm feeling so tired today. i've got tonnes of stuffs to do at work and Pergas assignments due this week. ustaz is still covering "Bab Munakahat". and this week's assignment is about marriage & love. i wonder.. hmmm..

attended my company's Dinner & Dance function last saturday with Boo. it was held at the Marriott Hotel. the show's theme was "Historic Singapore". the food tastes horrible. all 6-7 dishes were just.so.bland. horribly terribly grotesquesly bland. everything were just so tasteless. and we found out that they catered halal chinese-style food for everyone. rittteeee.. and to think that majority of the people who attended the function were in favour of hot, spicy food. baahhhh..

OMG.

besides the horrible food served to us, the whole event was so-so. the emcee was ok, but last year's emcee, Justin, was even better. and and AND.. the only performance i liked was by Kumar. yesss.. THE KUMAR. he's brilliant! he's blunt! he's a cross-dresser. he's funny! he's spontaneous! and he is so sardin! god i love his performance! let's pray that he's gonna be the emcee for next year's event. haa..

i won a $20 Adidas voucher and Boo won Coffee Bean card. hee..

the event ended at 11pm (early sia..) and some of us continued the party by dancing at the dancefloor. i tried to be le paparazi but can't make out who - or what - was dancing in front of me. and i ended up snapping pictures of someone's butt. great.

i'll post some of the pictures on my next entry. wait hor..

perut saya sudah masuk angin. macam mana? hendak teruskan niat saya untuk makan?

when it comes to food, i'm terribly fussy. i want something that tastes good and spicy at the same time. where to find such food at this hour? and at this god-forsaken place of mine?

nampak gaya aku makan bubur + kari ayam je laa..

i've been eating bland-tasting food these past few weeks and i don't understand why some malay stalls nowadays don't provide chilli. be it sambal chilli padi or sambal kicap or whatever sambal that's hot. i'm craving for anything hot & spicy now. how how how???

i'm suddenly thinking of the tom yum ban mian at vivocity's banquet. pedas dia.. mak oi..
what about nasi ayam penyet at the Ayam Penyet Ria stall? sambal belacan.. slurrrpp..

arrgghhh.. i'm a sambal freak!!!

happy 2-yrs anniversary to me & Boo!

the initial plan was to spend time at sentosa and to check out the new stuffs there. but since he was still at work yesterday morning, we had to change plans. i didn't want him to do any walking/running/climbing/other physical activities since he would feel very tired after work. so, we decided to watch Harry Potter at The Cathay and hv dinner at Sofra Turkish Restaurant.

it was kind of a simple normal date, but the time spent with each other - priceless.

and me, watching Harry Potter? itz my first time! i know.. itz the 5th Harry Potter movie. but everything has a beginning right....

ok.. i'm feeling upset. read thru felinestrange.multiply.com and found out that this particular white cat, Latte, juz died. he's juz a kitten! and his other companion, Mudpie, is currently ill.

Latte looks like that white cat i've seen roaming in front of my work place in the evenings. i saw her again today. all by herself under the tree. i approached her slowly and even before i got near her, she saw me and went straight at me! i mean.. she was this timid lil' cat when i first saw her. it was so difficult to get her to come out and feed her. she was always hiding under the bush and very, very scared of humans. and to see this cat running towards me juz now.. i felt extremely smiley! unfortunately, i didn't hv any fish with me. i tried feeding her with Delifranc's wholemeal bread that i was holding. she ate it lah! a cat eating bread??? i think she must hv been too hungry.

i'm a sucker for cats.

i cried when my neighbour's cats were taken away few yrs ago.

i cried when Pootie was taken away from me.

i cried when Comot died.

and i cried after reading abt Latte, Mudpie and those other cats who hv been abused.

gembeng kan aku ni? kucing nye pasal.

i love cats. totally. and i mean lurrrrrrrrrrvvvvveeeee cats.

face it, ya'll cat-abusers.

wow.. when was the last time i blogged? 2-3 wks ago? not to worry.. i'm still here. juz that i've been bored to death.

7.30 am - leaves hm for work

9 am - starts wk (although work starts at 8.30am officially)

11 am - starts thinking abt what to hv for lunch, and goes ard the office asking almost everyone what to hv for lunch

1 pm - lunch time cum merepek time with colleagues

3 - 5 pm - feeling sleepy and not concentrating on work.. or worse, already asleep on the desk

6 pm - leaves work for hm/dates/what-so-ever

if i'm lucky, i might get a chance to see Boo or my friends after wk. if not, it's juz gonna be a date with 'The Tube'.

how boring my life is. and that's why i can't bring myself to blog. coz nothing interesting ever happened in my life.

i need to bathe now. it's getting hottt-hottt-hottt-er.
